Refund policy

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK distance selling regulations. You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, signs of age, wear, marks or patina form part of the item’s character and are not considered faults. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Furniture and large items must be returned via a suitable insured courier arranged by the buyer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so the issue can be resolved promptly.
